The Cuckoo's Calling

This has recently been on UK TV as a three episode story, and The Silkworm is due as a two-parter starting next week. Has anyone caught up with it, and what do they think?

Re: The Cuckoo's Calling

Have to say I enjoyed both of them.

I thought the Career of Evil was a very hard book to read so I haven't psyched myself up to watch it yet.

Re: The Cuckoo's Calling

Career of Evil is also a two-parter, and, although I am very fond of the way the two main characters have been developed, an awful lot has been cut from the book.

I hope future 'Strike' adaptations will have more episodes in order to do justice to JKR's brilliant writing.
