Sigur Ros
Supergrass
Beck (a very mellow acoustic set)

Re: Which bands/singers have you seen live?

I've seen:

Three Days Grace
Nickelback
Chevelle

I would've seen Hinder too but I got there late(I blame it on the cop that pulled over my ride earlier in the day and he wasn't able to tell us. that he was arrested cause he doesn't know how to pay tickets..and get insurance... )..at least it wasn't Three Days Grace which was the main reason I wanted to go...all three ended up being great though.... though there isd someone who thinks differently, but she anit a good judgement cause I was there and what she said wasn't what happend....

Underoath(good)
Taking Back Sunday(sucked)
Rise Against(great)
My Chemical Romance( BEST EVER!!!)

I've only been to two REAL concerts....unlike all you lucky ducks......and Linkin Park being one of my fav. bands it makes me sad I've never seen them...and now I'd only want to if I new they were just manly playing older stuff...

the other one was a free concert in front of Wal-mart like two weeks ago it was:

Plain White T's
Boys Like Girls

which weren't too bad...I got the Plain White T's cd after that....they did sound different live though

People assume that time is a strict progression of cause to effect, but actually from a non-linear, non-subjective viewpoint, it's more like a big ball of wibbly-wobbly, timey-wimey stuff...

Re: Which bands/singers have you seen live?

I totally forgot some of the ones I've seen, how pathetic is that?!?

Yellowcard (in a concert that my school won! I was not impressed by the lead singer, as he decided he didn't "feel" like playing for us and refused to come out of their bus, and their drummer was drunk!!! The rest of the band did awesomely, the violin player tried his best to sing the other guys parts while playing the violin! I loved the rest of the band, but the drummer and lead singer were enough to turn me off of them...Why listen to/support a band when they won't even come off the bus to play a concert?!?)

Jon Schmidt!!! If you don't know who he is, I'll put a youtube video of his below. He's an AMAZING pianist and composer. I saw him play at a thing at my church once. He is really talented, and very funny!
This is a song he wrote, called Waterfall.

I'm going to another concert of his tonight!!! I'm so excited.

Oooh I'm jealous, I would die to see Guster live. They're my second favourite band ever, and last time they were in Canada, they came on a tuesday and I had no chance of getting to Toronto in time and get back quickly enough in order not to miss school... Was it a good concert?

I've been to a few concerts, but there are only a few that I'll always remember.
Avril Lavigne - I'm no longer a fan, but when I saw her for the second time, my sister and I were actually right against the bars, so close to the stage. We were close enough to see her engagement ring. It was definitely really cool being that near the stage.

My Chemical Romance - I'll admit, I originally only went because Muse was opening for them on that tour... but I had the horrible luck of being in one of the cities that Muse didn't end up opening at. So I had a ticket to a concert to see a band I didn't like. But my best friend was obsessed with them so I went with her, and it was actually a pretty good concert. I might not be a big fan of the music, but they put on a good show.

Death Cab For Cutie - That concert was mind blowing. I've never seen such a packed concert hall be so still and silent during a song. It was during I Will Follow You Into The Dark, and people were just blown away by Ben's singing. Towards the end, everyone joined in, though, which was pretty thrilling. I got teary-eyed during a couple of my favourite songs, too, because they performed them so well.

Aaand, the grand finale: MUSE. Both times were the most amazing concerts I've ever been to. The first time was an out-door concert, and the sound quality was spectacular. However, we got rained on (and Matt cracked a joke about it in his sexy accent ) but it was still the most amazing thing I'd ever been to - up till the second Muse concert, of course. They topped the first one, which I'd thought impossible. I nearly died in the mosh pit, my friend lost her shoe and fourty bucks, we lost each other in the crowd at the very beginning and had to fear about the other being trampled to death - yet we both thought it was the best concert we'd ever attended.

So, now, all I have to do is see Guster and the Dandy Warhols, and my life will be complete. And to see Muse and Death Cab again would be spectacular. If they're near enough, there's no way I'm letting myself miss them.
