I found them when I went back through all the chapters with my new computer... but I didn't note down which ones they were. However, it was my general impression that the audiobook bits were mostly added to the moments/scenes that didn't otherwise have very much going on in them.

Yep...

Spoiler: show

30 minutes
-7 Quidditch players
+11 inches
-3 bedrooms
-21 Galleons
+2 streets
___________

= 12

It's in Chapter 12

Spoiler: show
Chapter 12, moment 3 to be precise.

In other news... I have extended my potioning binge and have now successfully brewed all three of the Book 1 potions I had never attempted before: Forgetfulness Potion, Herbicide, and Sleeping Draught.

Succeeding with Polyjuice Potion definitely improved my confidence. Those early days of the Beta - when I was blowing up cauldrons left and right and losing House Points when I barely had any - really did a number on my head! Looks like I'm past that now! Of course, it didn't hurt that I had a 12,000 point cushion.

Thanks so much.

Someone had a really good idea for those empty moments.

Re: Pottermore v.12

I always like it when people mention rather empty moments. Before I started to follow the discussion about Pottermore I never knew whether some moments really had been quite empty or whether my internet connection just messed up some of them. It's not as bad as in early beta times, but until today I also can't take any of Bertie Bott's beans with a firefox browser.

IE 9 is absolutely useless for me and I can't crash the Anglia with Chrome . . .

Polyjuice Potion as confidence builder. Who'd have thunk? But it's great you're back brewing potions. More points for Slytherin!

Some glitches I've run across lately:

On Antidote, sometimes the first mistletoe berry comes out sight unseen. Just the counter shows that something has registered. Always go by the counter.

As I was finishing up a Sleeping Draught, I waved my wand and nothing happened, except the cauldron kept issuing steam. I waited and waited but nothing happened. I should have been smart enough to use my browsers back button, but clicked on my potions medallion and went back to my potions book, where it said y Sleeping Draught was brewing. Clicked on the brewing button and everything blew up. Sigh. I reported it to Pottermore.

It may be worth points if you can cast the spell. Sigh.

Thanks for the info. I already had it. It doesn't help. Whether I use my keyboard or my mouse, whether I'm on IE or Firefox, I can't keep the letters from falling to the floor before I've reached the second letter of the spell.

I guess there's something wrong with my mouse, or my computer is too old for these high-tech games.

Thanks for trying to help, though, I appreciate it.

How do I report to Pottermore? I would report my problem for duel points.

You've won other duels and are still not getting points added? Definitely report that!

Are you clicking (or hitting) the letter twice? If you only hit the letter one time, the letters will fall to the ground.

Lovely sigpic of Lyanna btw.

Re: Pottermore v.12

The following potion ingredients are not on the dropdown list to be gifted:

Fluxweed
Lacewing Flies
Bicorn Horn
Boomslang skin
Slytherin Student Hair

The last three I can somewhat understand - one has to be snatched; the two others stolen. But Lacewing Flies? Fluxweed?

2) Slytherin - 37.67
3) Gryffindor - 35.42
4) Hufflepuff - 35.22

Go Raves!

By that counting, we should have the freakin' Cup!

Leave it to the Slytherins to cheat and weasel their way to the top.

Cheat? What do you mean cheat? (Ok, weasel I can see). It's all strategy, m'boy. And uncommon skill.

Personally, I like Claws and would love to see them come in second place.

Eh?

I blame Pottermore. If you take the sorting hat quiz in Italian, German and I think Spanish, you most likely won't be sorted into Ravenclaw. That, and with the way Pottermore now decides how the overall points are totaled, Ravenclaw has little to no chance.

@mirror: All strategy and skill, of course.

BTW, I looked on your profile and noticed you've got a lot more collectibles in your trunk than I do! One of these days I'm going to have to take advantage of your handy-dandy object location charts you made up, if I can find where you posted them.

Yup, I know all that. You do realize my post was tongue-in-cheek, right?

I will say I love the artwork and activities of CoS over SS, and it just keeps getting better and better. In the first book, I could grab 2 potions ingredients at Hagrid's hut very quickly. Now I have to wipe off a bathroom mirror and click, or survive a whomping willow attack.....

I think you might have them all - I've got multiple copies of some items from friends (yes, Slytherins have friends).

I believe there is an update I have to make and then I'm going to repost my list, probably tomorrow.
