So who here plays Guitar Hero?? I love it, and get really into it sometimes
I just got the new world tour for christams, with the drums its really good, although i dont think some of the songs are as good as the third game

Re: Guitar Hero

I went to a friends house this week and played Guitar Hero 3. It was awesome. I need to buy it along with World Tour.

I got Guitar Hero World Tour for PS2 for Christmas and I love it There aren't many computer games in this world I am good at, but Guitar Hero certainly is one of them, even though it's harder (IMO) than playing a real guitar

Re: Guitar Hero

I've only played guitar hero on the DS, and I have to say I find it difficult. I mean, I'm rubbish at playing a real guitar, but I'm better on my acoustic than I am on that game.

I do find it fun, though.

Re: Guitar Hero

I got my brother Guitar Hero II for PS2 for Christmas, and I really love it. I do find it a lot easier to play using the remote rather than the guitar, I really have difficulties once we have to start using the orange key.

I keep the setting on easy. And I am still bad.

My hands are too small for the guitar and I'm rubbish at it anyway...)

I end up singing on the world tour, but I don't know many of the songs...

I can do two songs on easy and barely reach "you rock" status. I am so proud.

Re: Guitar Hero

I can play hard using the remote. But with the guitar I tend to prefer medium just because hitting the orange key always messes me up. My hands are too small to play very quickly using the guitar.

I first started playing Guitar Hero II a while ago, and then my brother got Guitar Hero III, and then we got Rock Band II, and I love to playing it! I'm pretty good, I think. ( And I'm not at all good at the drums )

I wanted to say the same. It's the only game I'm okay at besides CoD.

I have 3 & 4 on PS3.

Re: Guitar Hero

I play Guitar Hero III and Singstar Guitar. I really like these two games, especially the songs on GHIII, that everyone seems to know and love. Singstar Guitar is quite technical. I think they should make a microphone stand for when you're playing that game, because you need two people. I don't think it's possible to hold a mic, sing, and play a guitar at the same time. All in all, I love these games. Really great for when you're hosting a partay! (:s

Re: Guitar Hero

I played Guitar Hero with a controller in the form of guitar that has five buttons up on the neck, with one on each of the first five frets. Instead of strings to pluck small, click flipper on the body of the guitar. And, just for kicks, it's got to tape the strike. The guitar feels very solid and generally well-made. Game screen consists of a scrolling fret board notes that the different colored on it.

Re: Guitar Hero

I have two of the Guitar Hero games for DS and I've played it once or twice on the Wii (I think!) with the proper guitar, but my fingers can't reach the orange button I'm not too bad on the DS though, I can just about manage expert but I don't get five stars on all of the songs

Re: Guitar Hero

I played it before at a game store and I stink at it. Can't keep up via guitar at all .

I was pretty good playing it (not Guitar Hero per say, but a game similar to it) at a friends though when I could sing. Got 64% right on a Michael Jackson song . And his music is hard to sing too.

I think what you're trying to say here is Band Hero. All in all, very good games. I must say I've played a few in my time also, by myself and with friends. The hardest one I did was Freebird - Lynrd Skynrd. All good to set off with, then my fingers got sore at the end. D:

Re: Guitar Hero

I've played Guitar Hero once or twice a long time ago. I stank at it! Now I have a real guitar and I play Rocksmith regularly. I still stink - my small hands make it hard to get complex fingering right.
