Maddi Moo used to be my nickname and then it became Moomin and Moomintroll.
Those nicknames are so cute!

Quote:
My initials are KAK. I usd to say it spelled Cake when I was little, because I was jealous of my brother whose initials actually spelled a word, ARK. I have the same initials as my dad, totally by coincidence, though.
I did kind of the same. My initials are KAG and I used to tell me friends it meant something even though it didn't.

Quote:
I've also had KimKim, Kimbo, and Kimbop by friends.
Ahaha, aw, those are cute too!

I also worked for a dentist who nicknamed me Sneaker, because he said I was so unnaturally quiet that he'd think he was alone in the room, and look up, and realize I'd walked in and been standing next to him watching him work for a while. He used to say I need to tie bells to my shoes so he would know when I was coming in.
Oh gees, that reminds me of Noddy! He had a bell tied to his hat so people knew when he was walking around and he has a special horn in his car because he used to deliver things and people would know it was him coming. Yes, I watch little kid cartoons.

You are joking, right? Oh my gees, I would so confront her! Be like, "Hello, how is Neville doing "

Seriously though, ask her if she knows about it. Though I probably think she does.

Re: Initials and Nicknames

I've been called The Math Genius by some people for some years now, and I don't know why...
And my brother and sister (4 and 13) calls me Dadda, I don't know where that came from (it is only my sister who do this all the time, my brother sometimes call me by my real name, Maren, but he pronounces it really weird I should not laugh about that, he is only for years but it is very fun hearing )

My cousin has the initials OST, which in Norwegian means 'cheese'

Oh my god, did he look like Harry at all? Did he get teased or anything?

Lol, that's kind of weird. Are you good at math?

:P That's like my baby cousin. He calls me 'Kitty' because he can't say 'Katie'. Most little kiddies do, so it doesn't bother me.

LOL, that's hilarious!

Well, I won't pretend I'm a genius, but get pretty good marks on my math tests. But about half my class is about as good or better than me, so I wonder why just I got that nickname, and not all the math-experts I have in my class...

That's strange.. lol. People sometimes call me The Next Best Scientist because I'm really good at Science. But it makes sense for me as I'm top in my class but it's weird how there's more better and as good as you... Oh well, some people are strange, lol.

Lol, I used to have the nickname Sonic because I'm pretty fast running-wise and intelligent-wise.

Re: Initials and Nicknames

hmm....some of my friends call me Kellogs (cereal brand in US) cuz my name's Kelly, some of my cousins do too. I get "Kell" as a nickname alot and "Kells." Some kids in my classes last year used to call me "Killer Kelly" because last year in class when we were supposed to be working we were thinking of names for our friends like with an adjective before their name ("Sneaky Sean", "Terrific Tyler", "Evil Eirene", you get the idea...) and so someone thought of "Killer Kelly" and the name kinda stuck even though whenever someone called me that someone else would say "But she's so nice!" it was like opposite of me and I think that's why people liked it plus my math teacher used to joke around saying quiet people (aka me) were violent

My initials are MLM too, and it doesnt mean anything in spanish either. I don't use my first name, so the initials I use would be LM.
After watching that movie The alphabet killer, where the murderer only killed victims whose initials were the same, I thought: my initials are MM if I take out my second name
Regarding nicknames, my name is Lorena, so people call me Lorena, Lore, Loren, Lorraine, Lo, Lola and even Lorelei :S with 2 different pronunciations!!!

Re: Initials and Nicknames

I don't have any cool nicknames or interesting initials. My initials are BMDJ, from which I can't even pick out any discernible nicknames. My name is Brittani, which can have nicknames, but no one uses them so they just call me Brittani. Nothing exciting...

Re: Initials and Nicknames

My initials are EGL which, if you say them aloud, sound like "Eagle." I hadn't noticed it until my dad pointed it out about a year ago! I think it's pretty cool. And I don't have any nicknames, really.

Re: Initials and Nicknames

One of my nicknames from my friends/sister is Tonks I change my apperance (hair) a lot and I am extremely clumsy.
Then a girl from a show I was recently in calls me Mrs. P. because I played a character named Mrs. Potiphar.

Re: Initials and Nicknames

nicknames...let's see...

my father used to call me Little Dipper (had to do with the stars of course), and Suzy Q
my mother called me "Little Miss" - "You'd better not do that again, Little Miss, if you know what's good for you."

one of my brothers called me Caledonia ( I have no idea why) and Miss Priss

in elementary school they called me Webster (as in Webster's unabridged dictionary) because everybody seemed to think I was smarter than average

in college I was Tina Turner legs and Miss Bouncy (because of the odd way I walk)

my nieces and nephews have always called me "weird aunt Carolyn", and still do, even though they're all grown (they could always count on me to add a little strangeness and rebellion to their lives)

my friends in recent years sometimes call me Sweet Caroline, except Alexis, who calls me "you crazy cracker from Kentucky" and Frankie J., who calls me "Carolyn Manson" because I went to see Marilyn Manson in concert after I moved here and survived the mosh pit unscathed at my advanced age of decrepitude
