I go to Mugglenet a fair amount, not everyday but the popups are greatly annoying and so I don't even visit for the link to the forums...I've made CoS my homepage

Re: CoS Forums & MuggleNet Viewing Habbits

I come to the COS Forums everyday, and MuggleNet about three or four times a week. I found the forums through MN though.

Re: CoS Forums & MuggleNet Viewing Habbits

My habbit changed a lot in the last year. I was used to come to cos via the link on mugglenet, but now I hardly visit mugglenet, except looking for factoids there. (What depends on my lack of time - mugglenet is still a very good site, but I meet my friends here, so this has priority, when I'm in a hurry; I guess I will be there more often again when 7 will come).

I wonder, if you should ask, how long the people are here, too. It seems people tend to make the same like me after a couple of months, but be more addicted to mugglenet the first weeks. It would also be logical, if "nearly all" people who daily visit cos will make the poll, but not the people, who are still on mugglenet, but hardly on cos.

Oh - or do we find a poll there, too?
*goes to look (and confirms her results by not knowing what's on on mugglenet these days)
EDIT: Sure, it is.

Re: CoS Forums & MuggleNet Viewing Habbits

I found CoS forums on the mugglenet home page and, until I saw the posts on this poll, always thought CoS forums was part of mugglenet rather than completely separate. I like both sites and go to both more than 5 times a week for varying time spans. Both sites are on my primary web travel itinerary.

Re: CoS Forums & MuggleNet Viewing Habbits

I just flash through Mugglenet to check the news, then link to CoS from there. I do find their gallery and encyclopaedia useful, though.

Mostly I visit Mugglenet out of a sense of loyalty. I used to read all their editorials, then I plucked up the courage to join the Forum to post in the Editorial section, before finally setting out into the wider Forum. I have to be grateful for that introduction

I'm typically on CoS at least once a day. I use other sites to obtain HP related information though. I cannot actually remember the last time I was on MuggleNet.

CoS at least once a day. I check MuggleNet only when something they said is discussed here and I want to be sure I know what it is about. I really dislike pop ups.
