I loved the part where Ron is asked to dance with McGonagall during their dancing lessons. I also love the part where Ron receives his dress robes and everyone is laughing at him. Basically, I just loved the whole movie especially the funny parts.

Re: Say something positive about The Goblet of Fire

Things I liked:

The entrances and exits of the Beaubaxtons’ flying horses, carriage, and the Durmstrang’s ship
The entrance of the Durstrang students.
Harry and Ron trying to get dates for the Yule Ball
Neville overall
The Twins overall
McGonagall sticking her wand in Moody’s face after he transfigured Draco.
Priori Incantatem--very touching
The Death Eater masks
Ralph Fiennes as Lord Voldemort.
The whole sequence when Harry returns to Hogwarts with Cedric’s body and all the various reactions.
Dumbledore, Snape, and McGonagall bursting into Moody’s office.
Dumbledore’s speeches at the end.
Everyone telling each other good-bye.

I thought this was the best Harry Potter movie. The story had most of the important parts in it still. And Dan's crying was believable this time.

Re: Say something positive about The Goblet of Fire

I cannot see how people did not enjoy this film more than the others, it was just great. By far the best HP yet. I ecspecially liked how the all the young actors and actresses have matured in this one, they're really coming on to their roles and its helped alot. There weren't as many "poor" scenes as there were in the three previous, and (taking into account the time restraints) it wasn't as rushed as expected. I thought all three tasks were done very well, with all the special effects and added features including Harry's little balancing act atop the North Tower...very cool. I also liked all the humor that was incorporated in this movie. It really exemplified the seriousness of the "serious" parts of the movie, the thrid task ad graveyard scene in particular. Overall this movie was ten times better than the previous ones and I cant wait untill it comes out on DVD.

Re: Say something positive about The Goblet of Fire

I loved how most of the special effects seemed sooo real. I was just sitting there like "oh there's a dragon crawling on a roof chasing Harry" and didn't give it a second thought because it looked real. I loved how Mike Newell had a good balance of funny and sad parts, and that I actually understood the funny parts. I loved how emotional it was, I wasn't expecting to cry at this movie at all...but all three times I just have tears rolling down because I can feel the emotion from the actors.
I just love this movie...yeah I have some questions about certain parts, but as a whole it was perfect in my opinion.

OH! I have to add that Matthew Lewis did an excellent excellent job! I was soo happy that he got a prominent part in this movie and he really did Neville justice.

the humor and how they handled Cedric's death. That hit home stronger for me then in the book.

This movie is my favorite of the series.
The twins are finally being portrayed as the jokesters they are in the book.

Re: Say something positive about The Goblet of Fire

State something positive about the Goblet of Fire movie? Hmm...that's a tough one- that's too many to state, but one of my favourite parts was the one in which we got a glimpse of Neville dancing alone in the dormitory. He looks like a good dancer, that Neville.

Re: Say something positive about The Goblet of Fire

The casting was really good, and I liked the comedy added in. I laughed so hard when Filch was forced to run up and down the Great Hall delivering messages to Dumbledore. The way he was kicking his knees up in the air? HA! But the funniest by far was the scene where Snape kept smacking everyone. That's by far the funniest moment ever in the HP movies if you ask me.

I also thought the trio played their parts incredibly well. They really sucked me into the movie!
